Transferring FSMO (Flexible Single Master Operations) Roles between domain controllers

This method uses mmc. Ref: KB255690.

For each of the following places

RID, ''PDC'', and Infrastructure Master: In Active Directory Users and Computers
Domain Naming Master: In Active Directory Domains and Trusts
Schema Master: In Active Directory Schema (run mmc and add it as a snap-in)

Open the tree view, and then right-click on the root icon (same title as the snap-in) and select Operations Masters under All Tasks....

For the Schema Master role, you may have to register a DLL on the on the master server first:

regsvr32 schmmgmt.dll
